Director

Dr. Christopher Blosser

Chris es profesor clínico de medicina en la Universidad de Washington y nefrólogo de trasplantes. 

Se preocupa por las personas antes y después del trasplante de órganos, con experiencia adicional para las personas con cáncer en el Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center y adolescentes en Seattle Children's (Kidney Transplant Transitions of Care Clinic). Investiga los riesgos de cáncer y los resultados en los receptores de trasplantes de órganos.

Research Coordinator

Felicia Che

Felicia joined the Transplant Program at the University of Washington Medical Center in 2021 as an undergraduate student assistant. Working in the transplant department and having family members with kidney transplants sparked her interest in working with transplant patients.

Felicia graduated from the University of Washington in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and hopes to attend medical school in the future.

Lynn Rose

Lynn Rose, PhD, is an affiliate Associate Professor in the University of Washington School of Pharmacy and a founding member of the UW Institute of Translational Health Sciences (ITHS), Drug and Device Advisory Committee (DDAC).

Glenda Roberts

Glenda, diagnosticada con enfermedad renal cuando acababa de terminar la universidad, conoce de primera mano los desafíos que enfrentan los pacientes y las familias afectadas por la enfermedad renal.

Una activista apasionada por la investigación renal y las personas que viven con enfermedad renal, participa en una gran cantidad de iniciativas transformadoras de atención médica nacionales e internacionales.

Lara Macklin

Lara, who lives with the genetic disease Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), received a life-saving kidney transplant from her niece in 2022. As an Interior Architect, she is passionate about the healthcare environment and focuses her career on creating spaces for healing.

Douglas Moreton

Doug is a 2015 lung transplant recipient. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer and Hodgkins PTLD in 2024. He is prostate cancer-free and PTLD is in remission.

Maureen Moreton

Maureen is the spouse and caregiver of a lung transplant recipient and cancer survivor.

Mari Navarre Fink

Mari was blessed with a Heart transplant on June 14, 2016, after Sarcoidosis attacked her heart, lungs and eyes. She had Mohs surgery on her face February 10, 2024. Mari joined CICT because of the passion and kindness Dr. Blosser and other members of the team have exemplified.

Matthew Reynolds

Matt works as a mental health counselor, also writing young adult novels in his spare time. He received his third transplant in August 2017. Investigating the prevalence of cancer in transplant patients is one of the most important avenues yet to be fully explored. Because of this, and also simply because of who Dr. Blosser is, Matt fully supports CICT’s mission.

Tami Sadusky

Tami is a kidney and pancreas transplant recipient, 1993 and a second kidney transplant, 2011. Tami is enjoying each moment of life, finding joy in the present and being grateful for all that she has been given.

Cecilia Santana

Carla See

Carla received a life-saving kidney transplant from her brother in 2007. After facing rejection and undergoing treatments, she’s become a strong self-advocate devoted to her health and to inspiring others. Born in the U.S., Carla lived in Colombia and Peru before returning home in 2021—living each day with gratitude, strength, and hope.
